Our health and wellbeing project predominately uses various methods to improve the health and wellbeing of our members and the community we serve. This project helps our members to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active participants and engaging meaningfully so that they can reach their own health and wellbeing goals.

We engage in variety of activities to help reduce social isolation and improve mental wellbeing. This includes workshops, Seminars and events in healthy living and engaging in physical activities like indoor sports, Healthy cooking, Drumming sessions to mention a few.

Our state-of-the-art rented community center is equipment with various sporting activities like table tennis, basketball court, football pitch, pool etc and serves a means towards reducing self-isolation.
